To have a maximum of 96 guests per year gives us the opportunity to work with produce, beverages and cooking methods that is not possible in a conventional restaurant.

A dinner here comes in six servings and includes everything. This means that the aperitif, the wines, the coffee and the digestif is decided in advance. You simply buy a ticket and lean back and enjoy.
