This inviting, two storey penthouse is located on the top floor on the small street of Skomakargatan, just off the historic square Stortorget. All the city’s attractions are easily reachable by foot.

Within this light and airy apartments floor space of 120 square meters, there is one large bedroom, two spacious living rooms (one of them is a loft that can also be used as a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. Plenty of space for the large family or group of friends travelling together!  

In the downstairs bedroom, there is a double bed and an old tile stove. The downstairs living room is large and of a very good size – perfect for entertaining guests! A flat screen TV with cable channels entertain during quiet evenings in.

Adjacent to the living room, is the fully equipped kitchen, large enough for a kitchen table, and equipped with all cookware, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee- and teacups etc. And naturally you will find a dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, stove and a coffee maker here.

The tiled bathroom is spacious and has a shower.

The upstairs loft is a separate are with its own toiled and can be used as a second bathroom.

Up to four adults sleep comfortably here and there is plenty of space for extra beds or cots if needed.
For those who wish to work or simply keep updated, the apartment has wireless high speed internet access.
