Copenhagen
The Copenhagen room is named after Lord Nelson’s 1801 victory in the Battle of Copenhagen, resulting from his decision to ignore an order to retreat.
At the battle, Lord Nelson looked through the spyglass with his blind eye and remarked “I really don’t see the signal”. This very pleasant room contains a large collection of antique model ships.
Here we can also offer armchair and sofa sitting!
