One of the love letters that Lord Nelson wrote to Lady Hamilton can be found in the reception area at the Victory Hotel. We are happy that so many of our guests write to us and we would like to share some of the letters and reviews here.

"Wonderful for exploring the Old Town, staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. Lovely breakfast with Gluten Free options available. Twin room was small but perfectly adequate as a base for exploring. Close to the Cathedral and Palace ."

"I have stayed here about 7 times over the past 10 years and always love to come back. This past trip I came down with a serious ear infection and the staff was GREAT--called around until they found a clinic that could see me that very night...wrote out all the directions...really went above and beyond, for which I am grateful. Yes, if you don't like the sound of church bells 24/7 this might be an issue. Made liberal use of the tea provided and can't say enough about the breakfast provided each morning. "

"I stayed here for a couple of nights and will definitely be using it again for future trips to Stockholm. There is a lovely charm to decor, the staff are friendly and the location is fantastic - right in the middle of the old town and just next to the Royal Palace and the Nobel Prize museum. Breakfast was good too. It's also worth noting that they have a couple of sister hotels very close-by - the Nelson hotel, and the Victory hotel. I've not tried either but they might be worth a try if this one is full! "
